My son and I were exploring along the Pensacola waterfront, in search of pelicans to photograph, when we happened across the skeleton of this poor creature, who apparently died as a result of the oil spill judging by the oil on his remaining feathers. I have decided to feature this disturbing photograph on an exclusive T-Shirt to raise awareness of the plight of the beloved wildlife of the Gulf Coast. I am donating 10% of the profits from the sale of this shirt to the Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida, a local organization which has helped many creatures before and during this oil spill and which I am sure will continue to help wildlife. These shirts are only available in black, the most appropriate color to symbolize the devestation caused to our local shores and wildlife by this horrible accident. They are available in sizes S - 2XL. You may order them by sending us an email, stopping by our gallery, or calling us. The shirts will also be available for purchase at The Palafox Market on the days we are there. |
